This is his IMDB trivia entry...

Was arrested at the Havana Cuba airport along with a male traveling companion in March 2009 for, among other things, insulting Cuban leaders Fidel Castro & Raul Castro. Their trial was in November 2009 with both facing 5 years in Cuban prison. Entertainer George Michael supplied legal & financial aid for them until they were both released to the Czech Republic in May 2010.
